Refund Policy
Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy describes returns and refunds for orders from Rggue (REMI GUERRERO LTD). Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
Eligibility
For most items, you may return unused products in original condition with tags and packaging within 30 days of delivery, unless marked non-returnable.
How to start a return
Email support@rggue.com with your order number and reason. We will confirm return instructions before you send items.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible, usually within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Faulty or wrong items
If something is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
